Our entire information system and service innovation process consists of various smaller sub-projects which are given to relevant partners that are actively participating in the project.
The network model enables us to:
– share knowledge, practices and information among members in the alliances,
– have a wider geographical reach or access to new beneficiary groups, and
– create a more integrated or coordinated approach to beneficiaries’ needs.
Furthermore, collaboration and communication between sub-projects or project members enable us to capture, measure and identify any bottlenecks linked to these projects.
